In an era when nearly every click is tracked, conversations archived, mass video surveillance expanding, and creative work increasingly exploited by automated systems, I focus on designing and building digital environments that respect both people and their work.
Curiosity, tenacity,

+ 16 years serving various sectors from education to NGOs, through finance, culture, media and public services have taught me one simple thing: new technologies must serve users to facilitate their activities, not complicate them. When well designed, they should ease their work rather than make it more burdensome.
Behind an internet application, there is always an intention, but behind an over-polite email or a polished LinkedIn profile, there are often multiple uncertainties, competition, or merely a need for recognition.
My approach: observe carefully, ask the right questions and assess people's needs before proposing solutions.

Your Data Belongs to You
Every web platform you visit records your behaviour : the topics you are interested in, the time you spend viewing them, the photos or videos that catch your attention, the links you click on, etc. Advertising companies quietly build detailed profiles of you without your consent.
I design systems that aim to protect you from intrusion. Encryption, access control and transparency. Not as simple technical solutions, but as fundamental protections. It is your legitimate right.
Digital Sovereignty
Your data should not be stored on servers governed by laws that do not respect your privacy. I rely on infrastructure hosted in Switzerland to keep information out of foreign surveillance laws' jurisdiction. For Swiss and European companies, this should be a major concern.
From product to potential suspect
Mass video surveillance, facial recognition and biometrics in public and private spaces are reality. These systems record movements and catalogue individuals based on patterns. For years, users were the product of digital platforms. Today, these technologies are being used increasingly to tag and monitor people.
Awareness First
Even if technologies are carefully designed and built, the weak link often remains human nature itself. Blind trust, distraction or naivety can exploit these vulnerabilities, even in the absence of actual technical failures.
True security therefore begins with awareness and prevention. It is not about scaring people, but about understanding how malicious individuals operate and how the virtual world can be misleading and distorted.

Before the digital age, I was always curious about how everyday devices and objects worked. First manually: inventing, building, disassembling and reassembling to see what was hidden inside and understand their design. Lots of curiosity and a desire to experiment. In the end, every detail had to serve a purpose. My approach hasn’t changed with new technologies.

The same rigour that shapes an application can be found in an elegant composition. The same harmony that defines an interface appears in a well-framed photograph. I have never considered technology and art as separate worlds.
They are different languages, yet they share the same purpose: to turn an idea into something tangible.
Programming can be compared to poetry. Each function has a rhythm, each variable carries meaning. Clean code has the same precision as a well-written sentence: every element falls into place

The world beyond the screen
Technology without culture is nothing more than mechanics. These interests are inseparable from my work; they are the reason my work exists.
Has the internet hypnotised us?
Social networks have suddenly become antisocial, even though the internet once promised us better social interaction.
We care about buzz and everything that goes viral online, yet we struggle to sustain a meaningful conversation for ten minutes. The random scrolling through hundreds of videos and faces paradoxically leaves us feeling more alone than before.
The internet has changed the way we communicate. It has changed the way we think and our relationship with silence.
This is why I try to keep a certain distance from the noise of algorithms, favouring a slower and richer experience: being fully present in the here and now.

Like a near-military presence, AI will extend into every strategic layer of our daily lives.
Digital infrastructures are no longer neutral. They shape power relations, autonomy, and the ability of societies to make independent choices.
