About Me
I’m a Swiss-Italian tech professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, consultant and CTO in the ICT sector. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of fields, including education, finance, NGOs, culture, media and public services. I help organisations design smart, tailored digital solutions that solve real problems.
I focus on understanding what users genuinely need, improving how teams operate and building web applications that are robust, secure and easy to maintain. Cybersecurity and data privacy are central to my work, with careful attention to compliance with GDPR and the Swiss nFADP.
I’m passionate about my profession and make a point of staying up to date with the latest technologies. I work methodically and with care, and I am comfortable navigating complex challenges. Clear and open communication is essential to me, whether I am working with clients, collaborators or long-term partners.
Over time, I’ve developed a broad mix of technical and interpersonal skills. I’ve learned to listen attentively, communicate clearly and adapt easily. These qualities help me build trust and move projects forward. I see myself as a reliable partner who brings structure, creativity and meaningful results to every collaboration.

Skills
Versatile ICT professional with broad expertise and a proven ability to adapt to complex challenges
Competencies
Mr Lepori combines technical expertise with clear communication and planning. He designs user-focused digital solutions that are innovative and practical, adapting to diverse contexts.
Front & Back-End Web Development
Websites of any complexity are built using modern, robust technologies. Services include both front-end and back-end development, as well as ongoing support and maintenance. Each solution is designed to align with the client’s business objectives and brand identity, ensuring performance, scalability and long-term value.
Front & Back-End Software Development
For businesses with specific workflow requirements, fully customised web applications are recommended. These include tailored content management systems (CMS) and back-office solutions, designed to align precisely with operational needs and ensure seamless functionality.
Front & Back-End E-Commerce Development
Online stores are developed for B2B, B2C and B2S models using open-source CMS platforms and secure payment gateways. Open-source technologies provide the flexibility, scalability and customisation needed to meet diverse commercial requirements and support long-term growth.
SEO Optimisation
We focus on best practices for natural SEO indexation, not only relying on external tools such as Google Search Console or paid services. Instead, we integrate internal, open-source platforms to maximise organic visibility. This approach is especially effective for small and local businesses across the EU, helping them improve their search rankings without incurring additional costs.
Swiss Hosting Solutions
Fully managed and adaptable hosting solutions designed to ensure maximum security, confidentiality and reliability. All services are hosted at Infomaniak Network SA’s data centre in Geneva, certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards with 24/7 monitoring, green energy, and full data sovereignty.
IT Support & Maintenance
Comprehensive management of IT assets, data security and storage systems. Services include workflow optimisation, network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN and firewalls), and administration of macOS, Linux, NAS solutions and software deployment.
GDPR & nFADP Regulation
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), established by the European Commission, has been in force since 25 May 2018. Switzerland introduced its revised Federal Data Protection Act (nFADP) on 1 September 2023, strengthening national data protection standards and aligning more closely with EU legislation.
Cyber-Security & ISS
Identifying vulnerabilities and enhancing organisational security through Information System Security (ISS) best practices. Protection covers web platforms, including back-end, front-end, databases and IoT environments. Guidance is also provided to raise employee and end-user awareness of digital threats and safe online behaviour.
Visual Identity & UI/UX Design
Specialising in web design, digital branding, generative art (AI), vector illustration and digital painting. This work blends computer science with artistic expression, using a range of techniques—such as coding, AI, photography and vector graphics—to create distinctive and engaging digital experiences.
Leisure Interests
Driven by a passion for digital art, I draw inspiration from abstract, minimalist, modern, pop and surrealist styles, as well as geometry, portraits, landscapes and the forgotten beauty of abandoned urban spaces. I explore digital creativity through image processing, generative AI, vector illustration, coding and digital painting to produce unique visual works.
I am deeply interested in how technology intersects with culture and society, particularly how these relationships are shaped by social, historical and cultural contexts. I regularly attend exhibitions and enjoy immersing myself in the expressive arts — theatre, opera, concerts and film.
My curiosity about human nature extends to psychology, rhythm, and the power of music, which I explore through movement, emotional expression and embodied experience.
Hobbies & Cultural Interests
I’m drawn to history, literature and the quiet beauty of overlooked places. Travel feeds my curiosity, often leading me to unexpected textures — both cultural and visual. I love attending and curating cultural events that spark dialogue and connection. Through photography, I capture moments that might otherwise go unnoticed, framing life’s small stories through light, detail and emotion.
Anthropology of Technologies
A focused interest in how technologies and social media are developed, used, and understood within cultural and historical contexts. This perspective explores how technological systems reflect societal values, influence behaviours, and evolve through everyday human practices and power structures.
